Childcare and Healthcare Professional Discount

We also provide a discount on all of our family therapy services to parents and caregivers who are childcare or healthcare professionals. This includes doctors, nurses, play therapists, speech therapists, teachers, social workers, daycare or congregate care workers, and administrators. Contact us for more information.

Professional Consultations

We provide consultations for childcare and healthcare professionals such as doctors, nurses, child therapists, speech therapists, social workers, teachers, and daycare or congregate care workers and administrators. These professionals can work together with our Director or with one of our industry-leading child behavior consultants to co-develop a child behavior management plan for a specific family or a specific work setting, whether that be an office, school, or community setting.

For psychotherapists, a series of consultations can be scheduled to learn evidence-based child behavior management strategies and how to integrate them into another modality such as child group therapy, play therapy, art therapy, or individual therapy with parents or caregivers.

Professional consultations are generally tax deductible. Schedule now by filling out our intake form.

Building a Longer Table - Business Support Group

Business support to start up or expand a private practice for therapy or coaching is also available with our Director, DC Hamilton, JD, LMFT. This group provides attendees with information on business formation, office leases and subleases, developing consents, assessments, and practices policies, as well as setting up HIPAA compliance, record keeping, online calendars, scheduling systems, billing, credentialing, bookkeeping, hiring, and payroll.

Marketing support is also provided, including detailed instructions for setting up a website, developing SEO with social media accounts, and leveraging algorithms and machine learning (AI).

Unique to this group is an emphasis on a social justice framework for organizational leadership that believes that financial and relational generosity with staff and the community is the best means of building a thriving and profitable business where everyone wins. This is based on the proverb, “If you have more food than you can eat, instead of building a fence, build a longer table.”

Attendees will also become a part of a genuine and authentic community of business owners who are dedicated to each other’s mutual aid and gentle accountability to this and other social justice principles, so they can grow this sense of community within their own business model and with their staff and communities.

Business support services are generally tax deductible. While our Director is a licensed attorney (Ca. Bar Lic. No. 327822), the license is not active for providing legal counsel. Legal information is provided but not legal advice. Complete an Interest Form to learn more.
